You earn a flat referral reward for every qualified introduction, scaled by the size of the business and paid whether or not they become a client. You never discuss policy details and your reward is never tied to a sale - you just open the door. Most of our partners (accountants, payroll firms, fractional CFOs) are here.
Licensed producer?
Other brokers, P&C and commercial-lines agents, and financial or retirement-plan advisors who don't write group health can share 25% of the commission we earn on the account, every year we service it - recurring income on a line you weren't going to write anyway. Documented in a short partner agreement.
