Refer a business. We do the work. You get paid.
You already know business owners who quietly dread their health insurance renewal every year. Send them our way. We handle everything - the analysis, the carriers, the paperwork - and you earn a referral reward for the introduction. It's the easiest money in your network, and it costs the business owner nothing to find out if we can help.

How it works
No portals to learn, no quotas, no follow-up on your end. You make the introduction; we do the rest.
Two ways to earn
How you're rewarded depends on whether you hold an insurance producer license. This isn't red tape - it's the law, and it protects you as much as us.
If you're not a licensed producer
Most of our partners - accountants, payroll providers, attorneys, fractional CFOs, and happy clients - aren't licensed, and that's perfectly fine. You earn a flat referral reward for every qualified introduction, paid whether or not the business becomes a client. The reward scales with the size of the business you refer, because a larger employer is more work for us and worth more when it lands.
| Size of the business you refer | Referral reward |
|---|---|
| Under 25 employees | $150 |
| 25 - 75 employees | $300 |
| 76 - 150 employees | $500 |
| 151+ employees | $750 |
A "qualified introduction" is a real employer in our service area with a decision-maker we can reach, who agrees to a short introductory conversation. Your reward is never tied to whether they buy - so there's never pressure on you to sell, and you never discuss policy details. You just open the door.
If you are a licensed producer
Other brokers, P&C and commercial-lines agents, and financial or retirement-plan advisors who don't write group health: partner with us and share 25% of the commission we earn on the account, every year we service it. It's recurring income on a line of business you weren't going to write anyway - your client gets a specialist, you keep the relationship, and you get paid for as long as the account stays with us.
This is a straightforward commission-sharing arrangement between licensed professionals, documented in a short partner agreement.
Who refers business to us
The best referrals come from people who already sit next to the decision but don't sell health insurance themselves. If that's you - or describes someone in your network - we should talk:
- Property & casualty / commercial insurance agents who write the GL, workers' comp, and property for the same employers but don't touch group health.
- Accountants and CPAs who see the premium line and the renewal increase every year.
- 401(k) and financial advisors serving the same owners and HR contacts.
- Payroll providers and bookkeepers who process benefit deductions and feel the renewal pain in real time.
- Fractional CFOs, fractional HR, and HR consultants who own the benefits decision.
- Business and corporate attorneys and commercial bankers close to growing companies.
- Current clients who know another owner in the same boat.

Common questions
No - and you shouldn't. Your only job is the introduction. We handle every conversation about plans, coverage, and pricing. If you're not licensed, discussing policy specifics isn't allowed anyway, which is exactly why we keep your role to opening the door.
If you're not a licensed producer, yes. Your referral reward is paid for a qualified introduction, win or lose - it's never tied to whether they become a client. Licensed producers who opt into commission sharing are paid from the commission we earn once an account is active.
By law, only licensed producers can be paid based on a sale or share in commission. Everyone else earns a flat referral reward that isn't contingent on the sale. We follow that line carefully - it protects you and keeps the program clean.
We pay promptly once a referral qualifies, by your preferred method. We'll confirm the details when we onboard you as a partner.
We serve New Jersey employers primarily, with New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut nearby. If you're not sure whether a business fits, send it anyway and we'll let you know.
