What this site is
This site describes ClearPlan's group health benefits consulting for New Jersey employers and lets you request a no-cost analysis. The content here is general information, not insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice for your specific situation.
The free analysis
When you ask for an analysis, you may send us benefits documents so we can model your costs. The analysis is provided to help you make a decision. It uses the information you give us and reasonable assumptions, and actual results can differ. Submitting documents doesn't create a binding engagement, and either of us can decide not to move forward.
No guarantee of results
We can't promise specific savings, refunds, or outcomes. Any figures we model are estimates based on your data and the options available at the time, not a guarantee. Funding structures like level-funded plans carry their own rules and risks, which we'll walk through with you.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information so the analysis is useful.
- Use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it or misuse its content.
- Make final benefits decisions in consultation with the appropriate advisors for your business.
